I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD and related disorders like body focused repetitive behaviors, and other common comorbidities such as depression. I love working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have a special spot in my heart for working with women of all ages and helping them find self-compassion, defining and implementing boundaries, and finding empowerment within their life. I am licensed in the state of Utah as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in ages birth to five, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Over the last decade, I dedicated my time to working with children and families, and solidifying my specialty within clinical practice in the last five years. I practice strictly via telehealth and have been blown away with the relationships that can form online. In the height of the pandemic, I found myself worried I would get sick after a client was coughing during a session!
